Dr. Menzin treats the full spectrum of gynecologic issues, from benign conditions to all malignancies of the female reproductive system. His extensive surgical expertise includes cancer surgery, robotic surgery and complex gynecologic surgery. He joined Northwell Health in 1995, after completing a fellowship in gynecologic oncology and a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania."At Northwell, …we're here to meet every patient's needs and deliver truly collaborative care," says Dr. Menzin, who works closely with specialists including pathologists, radiologists, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, general surgeons, colorectal surgeons and urologists. He carefully explains this multifaceted care to each patient-even drawing his unique diagrams for extra clarity.Dr. Menzin is a professor of obstetrics and gynecology at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell. He is a member of the Society of Gynecologic Oncology, as well as a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He's been named numerous times on the Castle Connolly Top Doctors list, and he's an avid supporter of the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition, which supports ovarian cancer survivors and funds research to find a cure."I have had great mentors who've inspired me along the way," says Dr. Menzin.
