I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Metzger to anyone! He is so kind and gentle, great sense of humor, always willing to go the extra mile for his patients. I’m 24 y/o and have made sure to never have a male doctor. Well, he certainly is the exception! I’ve never felt more comfortable with a doctor. He’s extremely understanding. Always gets back to me right away with any questions or concerns. His sense of humor really helped me warm up to him. This all being said, there is no doubt that I would highly recommend him to everyone!

Dr. Metzger is one of the kindest, most patient people I have ever met. He will spend as much time with you as you need. He makes you feel comfortable right away with his knowledge, sense of humor and smile. He has always returned my phone calls in a timely manner. I trust him completely and cannot say enough about him. He is the best doctor. Whether you are pregnant or just need an annual exam, I would highly recommend him.

I wouldn't recommend this doctor to my worst enemy. Very rude; no bed-side manner. Doesn't get back to you. The reason the "wait time" is listed so short is because the doctors heard you in like cattle and it's in and out. No personality. The doctor wouldn't even make time to see me after four days and sent me to the walk-in clinic to be diagnosed with morning sickness. Snotty staff. This man needs a re-training on Hippocratic Oath.

He is the Best Gyn Doctor in CT- he takes his time to listen to your concerns, he explains everything in detail and i mean in detail..He has that shining smile that makes you feel good, even if sometimes it is not that good. He delivered my son 6 yrs ago. He was so wonderful I named my first child after his boy. Absolutely love him. I just wish he had his own office like before.

He is the most amazing doctor!!! What he added to my pregnancy and delivery of my son could not be replaced by anyone else. He is truly unlike any other doctor I've ever had. He takes the time (all the time you need) to answer any and all questions. He always gives me peace of mind. He makes every patient feel like there his only patient, and that's a one in a million find.

Dr. Metzger delivered my second son and I had a wonderful experience with him. He is very warm and caring as well as professional, and has always made me feel very comfortable.

He is the greatest! He always seems to be on time, and yet will give you all the time you need when you see him. I had a hysterectomy and I can't even see the scar! He's the best gyn surgeon in CT!
