Best doctor ever

I can’t really tell you about our visit . I took my sister who has( Down syndrome) in for her appointment she is in a wheelchair and was not able to walk on it since , from a broken leg that had 2 surgeries on it…4 weeks ago she was in hospital 2 weeks. and was to be X-ray and staples removed . Dr said make appointment for 2 weeks so when I called they could not get me in and less I wanted to see someone else . But my sister was comfortable with her Dr and would not understand someone else . So I said well we would wait the extra week to get in to see him . We came early to make sure we had no problem parking and so on … my appointment was at 2:45 We set for 1 hour and 15 min in lobby ? 4:00 . I checked 2 times at front desk No one checked on us ? I did once’s at 30 min late and again at 1 hour late with the desk to see if I had really been checked in and they told me both times I was next the room was ready they should be coming. I waited a additional 15 min after… that . But they finally came to get her . At that point we was taken to a room but no blood pressure taken ? Nothing No nothing her leg is in a brace from her thigh to her ankle surgery from 3 weeks ago . she was not told to change in to a gown or they did not remove the brace they just left us again . So Again I waited 30 min. It was then 4:30 No one came in to say they was running late ? At any point Nothing so I opened the door looked out the desk was 8 feet from my room in the back area 2 girls sitting there side by side never looked up nothing ? I had to leave for (another appointment )so we left . On my way out I went to front desk in lobby area again same girl I checked in with I explain they still had not seen my sister and to tell them I needed to reschedule they said they don’t do that there ? (Are you kidding me )They don’t reschedule at the front desk of the Springfield clinic where I checked in ? Hmm ? as of today I still have not got a call to reschedule . I guess I can take the staples out myself I have some needle nose pliers and wire cutters and go to ER for a X-ray? Not sure if they did this because she is mentally retarded or that is just how they treat people ? Never had this experience before ever.
