Got into my appointment 10 minutes ahead of time and the staff roomed me and I was seen by him at the exact appointment time :) I did my research beforehand and learned that each appointment at Kaiser was 20 minutes long until the next patient was seen. So I knew I had to be speedy since he had to listen to me, order what he needed to, and do his documentation. So I had my 2 questions set up for him about my blood pressure and cholesterol. He listened to me carefully and answered my questions and I left the visit feeling ready and motivated to change my habits. Overall a very good visit!
