Oral Surgeon Andrew Mullendore
Dr. Andrew Mullendore joined the OMSC team in August 2010 and currently heads up our Lancaster office. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami of Ohio University (Cum Laude). He began his professional education at Indiana University School of Dentistry where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery with Distinction. Dr. Mullendore then entered a one-year general practice residency in Indianapolis, Indiana. He completed his professional education at the University of Missouri-Kansas City Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Program, where he served as chief resident in the spring of 2010. As a part of the dual degree program, he graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City Medical School with a Doctorate of Medicine (Cum Laude). Dr. Mullendore is Board Certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
While at Indiana University School of Dentistry, Dr. Mullendore earned several awards. He was inducted into the Omicron Kappa …Upsilon Dental Honor Society in 2003. Additionally, he received the American Association of Orthodontists Award for Exceptional Interest in the Development of the Oro-Facial Complex and The Dean's Golden Award of Excellence.
Dr. Mullendore is married to his lovely wife, Sarah, a native of Westerville, and is the father of Alex and Isaac. He was a member of the varsity swim team at Miami University and currently enjoys participating in triathlons. Dr. Mullendore's passion is time spent with his family.

My daughter had a great experience there. The staff was great and Dr. Mullendore was very informative and treated her with great care. I highly recommend their services.

Spent a lot of time with me and was very caring. Spent a great deal of time explaining the procedure and answering all my questions. Made sure I was in no pain during the procedure. Would recommend

I found Dr. Mullendore to be arrogant & self-centered. He cared nothing about me. He basically called me a liar without calling me a liar. He knew Zero about my case. During my oral surgery, I was hurting so bad, he was so rough, I was begging, crying, pointing to where it hurt, almost coming out of the chair. Instead of stopping, he just said, "OK, you need to hold still". My follow up appts were nothing but tears because of his attitude & lack of caring. I will Never recommend him.

I recently went to Dr. Mullendore for a extraction. I have to say I was very impressed and pleased with the service and care I was provided. I was very comfortable and was very happy at how fast I was treated. I would highly recommend him and I will continue to use him for any procedures needed in the future. He seems to care about his patients.
