Andrew David Mylander, DMD

After my dentist retired, I made several visits to 3 different dentists in New Bern before I found Dr. Mylander. I wish I had found him first!!! I wish I could go into depth about my experiences of extreme fees, inferior service and poor workmanship at the other 3 well-established, overly-expensive practices. With Dr. Mylander I have no issues with my usual anxiety brought on by simply having to visit a dentist. He and his staff are the best at making sure you are comfortable and at ease! Dr. Mylander puts your best interest first and foremost in that he considers your needs and financial availability. Just today, Dr. Mylander repaired a tooth that has been an embarrassment of poor workmanship by one of those other well known, highly recommended dentists (who immediately after the poor workmanship wanted to crown the tooth). Thanks to Dr. Mylander, the tooth looks so perfect (and he did NOT have to crown it) that it isn't even noticeable that any repair has been made. I have had… several procedures done by Dr. Mylander but today, with this simple procedure, Dr. Mylander gave me back my smile!! And for less than half of what I paid the other dentist to ruin that tooth!! After several visits, several procedures, I cannot recommend Dr. Mylander and all of his staff highly enough!
