Worst facility I have EVER visited. Sat over 2 hrs with zero communication until I finally gave up and left. Costing 2 people a days work for NOTHING! NEVER AGAIN!

They really was nice and professional from the front desk all the way to when I had the procedure done. Mr. Nelson and his team was wonderful I was so nervous coming in to all of this . But they made sure that I was comfortable and ok, a friend of mine referred me to him and I’m glad I decided to go with Dr. Nelson.

Dr. Nelson is very personable and explained the procedure very well. Dr. Nelson made my first experience having a colonoscopy tolerable.

My recent visit was a second 3 year follow up. Dr Andy Nelson had found a large mass during a previous scope. This was as good a visit as one could hope for. I was first one for him to see and when I was rolled back he was already waiting for me. I was in and out of my scope in no time. Recovery was the longest part. When I awoke, Dr Nelson was there to inform me of what he had found, done, and when my next visit should be. All was great and two days later I received a check-up call. A Colonoscopy may not be the highlight of your day, But it’s been a life saver for my sister and I both. I was very pleased with my entire experience at the clinic, from the check it at 6:30am to my discharge a few hours later. Wonderful staff and Dr. Will return in 3 years to stay ahead of any possible issue!

My visits with Dr Nelson have been exceptional. He is very thorough, listens to my concerns and responds with positive and encouraging feedback. I have been treated by many different Gastro doctors and he has been by far my favorite.

Dr. Nelson went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. He explained the entire procedure so that I knew just what to expect. After the procedure, he stopped in to go over everything with me and spent a few minutes making sure I understood all that was done. Spending a few extra minutes with a patient, even though he was extremely busy, goes a long way.

Dr Nelson is an awesome doctor we have here in Baton Royge. I would recommend him to family friends snd my coworkers. He is attentive to his patients, take time to answer all concerns. He greets you with this big smile to make you comfortable and he listen. Always ready to address and explain any concerns you may have. Dr Nelson been my provider for over 10 years. I would not see or trust any other doctor with my care. His staff a plus very professional and polite. They address your need make you feel comfortable giving you the best care. I’m so grateful to have Dr Nelson and his medical team. Dr Nelson and his medical team , are number 1 giving you the best care they can. You would leave knowing you received the best care and they care about your overall health as a person.

Dr. Nelson has been my Gastroenterologist for a long time. He’s patient, caring and has never steered me wrong. He also has a great sense of humor! I wouldn’t go to anyone else.
