Summary
Dr. Neuschatz completed his undergraduate studies at Columbia University, where he graduated with honors. After graduating, he remained in New York City to complete research projects in cancer biology. He earned his medical degree from the Georgetown University School of Medicine, graduating with honors in 1998.
Following graduation from medical school, Dr. Neuschatz completed an internship in internal medicine and a residency in radiation oncology at the Tufts-New England Medical Center in Boston. He served as chief resident before joining TMC Health. While there, he was awarded an Oliver Smith award for excellence, compassion and service to patients at Tufts-New England Medical Center.
He has a particular interest in the diagnosis and treatment of invasive breast cancer and ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS), gastrointestinal and gynecologic malignancies and the use of intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT).
Dr. Neuschatz has been recognized by his peers as a Tucson “Top Doctor” …and one of the “Best Doctors in America” every year since 2013.
When not spending time with his two daughters and his dogs, he enjoys running, skiing and traveling.
