Dr. Andrew R. Pachner, MD

Went to Dr Pachner when he was in Newark NJ, after my Morristown neurologist , Dr Stuart Fox, acted in an unethical manner (I’m being kind) and I filed a complaint against him . While the other Dr insisted that MS ALWAYS progresses, and had me taking Injections, Dr Pachner pretty quickly determined that my MS was Clinically Isolated Syndrome , which I had never heard of, and told me to immediately go off of the shots because in the remote case that I needed them later, they would be ineffective. He had the test results from Morristown and repeated the MRI, but mostly he observed me, and talked to me, and I left there with hope and walking on air. He was correct and I am, 23 years after diagnosis, walking miles every day, because I can. I Bless Dr Pachner and consider Dr Fox’s despicable behavior a Godsend in the end . Karen A

Trying to get a diagnosis. Did not look at any of my records, did not even look at scans until halfway trough the appointment. Did not listen to all of my symptoms. Listened to none of my concerns.

I have been Diagnosed with MS for over 30 yrs, he was rude, very spiteful, never looked at my records, acting like I was making stuff up......worst experience ever and I have been to more Neurologists to count

My mom has been diagnosed with MS for over 10 years now. Her primary care physician sent her to see Andrew Pachner. When she met with him he looked into her eyes and told her she does not have MS without doing any testing. She is just looking for help to deal with her pain. this doctor laughed at her. This doctor made her feel like there is no hope out there for her.
