I shatter the top of my femur and this doctor left my leg almost a inch and a half shorter then it was. Look up a image of a sprint car stagger, and you'll understand how much fun it is to walk! Thank Doc!

Dr Palafox is a straight talking, no nonsense doc. He gets what I need and does it. The wait time before appointments is minimal and he respects the needs and rights of his patients.

First consult about my trigger fingers was rushed, didn’t hardly want to hear what I had to say and just seemed like he wanted to get the consult over and done with. They took X-rays and her did even go over them with me. Very uncaring and insensitive. Couldn’t wait to leave and look for another ortho.

Dr. Palafox himself is an amazing doctor, his staff not so much. I called and was put on hold, called again and receptionist was extremly rude. He needs new staff for that office... they have no empathy or patience

Use anyone else. First visit all we did was wait for a 5 minute consultation. Follow-up we were 5 minutes late and he specifically denied seeing my teenage son. Just needed a prescription for additional therapy. I need to charge him a co-pay, ridiculous. If not for a courteous receptionist I would rate the whole office as crap.
