Dr. Andrew Justin Parker, MD

I started seeing Dr. Parker about 7 years ago. He was the third ENT doctor that I had been to since the other two could not help me. He figured out almost immediately that my chronic "bad breath" was due to a sinus condition which he quickly solved. He is extremely proactive and will thoroughly address issues that, quite frankly, most patients are probably unaware of, such as hearing loss or reflux. When my son, a NYC resident, had a problem, Dr. Parker agreed to see him immediately and helped him. Now, my wife uses Dr, Parker for her ENT needs and is also very pleased. I'm so glad that he's young enough to be practicing for many, many years to come. Dr. Parker and his staff are true professionals. I strongly recommend him.

I came to Dr. Parker because of my excessive snoring. I did not know that I had a deviated septum and found that I also had severe sleep apnea. The surgery went very well! I am so grateful to Dr. Parker and all his staff. I no longer snore. My sleep apnea is gone! I am breathing better, feel more energetic, and enjoy restful sleep. After surgery when I had some concerns, Dr. Parker immediately returned my call and answered my questions. I felt very well taken care of and I would refer anyone to Dr. Parker and his practice. I give them my highest recommendation. I am very happy I got the surgery. it was very much worth it!

My appointment was scheduled about 30 days from my initial call. One week before the appointment date I called Dr. Parker's office to verify that they got my referral from my insurance (Amplifon) and I will be charge $48 that my insurance says they must charge me for a hearing test. I spoke to "Jackie" who is in charge of billing who says she will get back to me on the charge. Later "Jackie" leaves me a voice mail that says Dr. Parker will charge me $250 for the hearing test. So I try to call her to determine what the discrepancy is. The office says that Jackie is busy with a customer and will return my call. No return call. I even got my insurance company to try call them. My insurance company says that they did not return their call. One day goes into another and no return call. Finally day of the appointment and no return call. I waited a month for this appointment and they just blew me off. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Seems if they don't get their fee, insurance contract or no, they just… blow the patient off. Makes me wonder what if their prices for hearing aids are competitive.

I did not see Dr.Parker but had the fortunate opportunity to be treated by his PA Donna. At first I was skeptical but after my visit I couldn't have been more pleased with my exoerience. Donna was professional, gentle and in my opinion probably just as capable as Dr.Parker would have been to treat my nose bleeds. Donna is a true gem and Dr.Parker is very, very fortunate to have her as part of his team. The office staff are friendly and compassionate which helped ease my anxiety. This doctor refused to treat me. His assistant although polite lacks the knowledge to diagnose accurately. I will never come back here again. He did not fulfill his obligation as an ENT doctor. Medicaid patients beware!

Dr Parker changed my life ! Before going to him I was suffering from extreme bouts of vertigo caused my Ménière's disease . Dr Parker implemented different medications and almost immediately my vertigo ceased and I was able to go back to a normal , healthy lifestyle ! Dr Parker takes a considerable amount of time listening to all your questions and concerns and explains the scientific basis of your diagnosis and offers several treatment options in detail . Dr Parker is extremely friendly and his bedside manner is unmatched . As a RN for 20 years myself I have rarely seen such kindness and compassion displayed in a physician . His office staff is extremely professional and courteous . Thank you Dr Parker !!!!!

Dr Parker totally saved my hearing. I woke up and i felt like it was clogged, but my reg doc didnt see any wax so he called Dr Parker who got me in the same day. The audiligist tested my hearing and sure enough my hearing was half gone. It was very scary but dr parker explained that it was from a viris and because I came in so soon there was a good chance my hearing would come back. He gave me steroids and some viris pills and in one week my hearing was totally back. I am so thankful to Dr p for saving my hearing. He was super nice and his office people took great care of me also. He is the best ENT doc around and I would recccommend him very much!
