His office staff was just not doing their jobs. they are not managed by an office director. I think it was just someone that has been with Dr, Pecora for a long time.Anyway,. he is an awsome doc and cares about his patients, he really, really took good care of my child with all her illness..which were chronic by the way for 15 years. He is gone now and truly missed. I wish he would let me know where he was practicing because my daughter really needs him desperately. Help if anyone knows. The new doctors are not as sympathetic to Erin's needs, and she does not trust them.

Dr. Pecora definitely knows his stuff as does Kelly, and Scott was great - diagnoses are thorough and correct. Timely appointments are sometimes difficult to get which is understandable. Waiting times are abominable. The shortest being an hour (rare), and the longest being 5 and a half (common). If you're sick, plan on spending the day there because you may have to - just to get a prescription.

Dr. Pecora is a good doctor, but his office is run very poorly. Every time I've been there I've had to wait between 1 and 2.5 hours to be seen, despite arriving on time for my appointment. He runs extremely late to all of his appointments, but the front desk will continuously tell you that it will be just a few more minutes before you're called back. Once he finally sees you, he does spend a lot of time with you and is very thorough which is good. However, it is a nightmare to request a copy of your records or anything else from his rude staff. This would be a good practice if it was run more effectively, but the waiting times and dealing with his staff is awful.

I've gone to Dr. Pecora my whole life. he is a wonderful and experienced doctor. He cares for all of his patients, he spends enough time with all of his patients to really get to know their problems/issues. He is a great person and wonderful doctor. I would never go to another doctor until Dr. Pecora retires.

for the past 20 years has been our doctor.this is myself and my wife. has done great things for us. we are in our 70's now and i think if it had not been for him we would not be this healthy. great doctor and has become a great friend to both of us.

I have been seeing Dr. Pecora since I was about 5 years old, and I hope to never have to switch Dr.s! He is hard to get an appointment with, but once you get one, he is helpful, has great bedside mannar, and goes above and beyond in my opinion.
