Dr. Andrew Tennant Pennock, MD

My daughter has to see a lot of doctors, so we are completely understanding of emergencies that come up. But to see a doctor friend's child (as we were told) and delay all your appointments? To leave all those families waiting in your waiting room for hours? And to have an 8 yr old wait for 2 hours during lunch time to see you ... being told you are almost up, one more patient ahead ... is inconsiderate and unprofessional. Dr. Pennock, people take time off of work to be timely for their appointments. Children miss school to come see you. Some kids, like my own, are on medication and already miss a lot of school due to other health issues. Everyone's time is as valuable as yours.

How could this review slipped by me a this long. Dr. Pennock was a magician, that's all is need to say.

Dr, was nice, spent all of 3 minutes to ramble statistics. No exam, nor advice for a snapped in half clavacle. Waited nearly 2 hours in exam room. No paperwork was generated as promised. They couldnt even set up follow up for 6 weeks later because the front desk didnt know how. Have received conflicting info from same office. not sure this is the best direction medically for my son.

Always very thorough, kind and patient. Excellent physician!
