Dr. Andrew Dodd Petersen, DO

My parents, myself, and my children have been patients of Dr. Peterson for several years. He is an amazing doctor! The amount of time that he spend talking with us about our medical history and ALL of our symptoms was kind of shocking at first. He is incredibly thorough, both in talking to us as patients and in the testing that he does. I have been so impressed with the progress we have made because of his willingness to do testing. I have found the people in his office to be helpful and friendly. We have worked with their office for a long time, when we have a problem with having medications shipped, refills or billing, Dr. Peterson's staff have been very efficient and getting those things worked out. I would highly recommend anyone with complex symptoms go to see Dr. Peterson, you will walk away with a much clearing understanding of your health.

I have been very happy with Dr. Petersen. He spends time with patients and is very knowledgeable, and takes time to explain things. Does not take insurance but it has been worth it, even though I have insurance. He will always suggest natural alternatives to prescription drugs, but lets patients decided. He treats problems, not symptoms.

They have really done alot to improve there front staff. Always open for suggestions.

I have been seeing Dr. Petersen for approx. 3 years. at my first appointment he asked many questions, did blood work and figured out what the problem was. I had been to several doctors who kept telling me "you are fine", but I didn't feel fine! It was refreshing to have a doctor finally listen, tell me my options for treatment and come up with a plan.

Unlike most doctors I've seen, Dr. Petersen lays out all the options I need to know, to help me make an informed decision concerning my health care and treatment. He listens well, explains well, and advises well. I am truly a partner with him in my health care. He makes the effort to stay on the cutting edge of therapies that can help his patients. Everyone on staff is wonderful, like we've been friends for life! When I walk into that office, I am in a place of hope and healing; that's a great feeling.

I've been living with chronic Lyme disease for about 10 years. I spent thousands going to doctor after doctor; specialist after specialist. He conducted a very thorough clinical exam, and was well on his way to diagnosing me DURING THE FIRST VISIT! When the labs came back, and confirmed his diagnosis, I was ecstatic. I know, you shouldn't be happy with a Lyme diagnosis, but I finally knew what I had, and better yet, KNEW that I had a doctor who would help me! I am very thankful to have found Doctor Petersen and his staff. They care about me, and are helping me get my life back. They are priceless!
