I'd give him 6 out of 5 stars if I could!

Phillips is arrogant to the point of being verifiably dangerous to your eyesight. He overrates himself and is therefore capable of egregious, careless, vision threatening misdiagnosis. Dont gamble away your vision by selecting Phillips. You will be handing your vision over to an incompetent practitioner who places his pocketbook and self importance far above your ocular health. Remember: All it takes is one mistake, one misdiagnosis, and your vision will be impaired for life. Phillips claims to arrogantly comprehend conditions that are obviously above his scope of knowledge, and the consequence is the loss of vision. To those considering Phillips and wanting to protect their eyesight, I recommend running as fast as you can to a real professional.

He's very caring and meticulous. He takes the time to explain his examination process as well as your condition and how your overall health plays a part in your eye health. I always come away with extra health info & feeling that I've just seen one of the kindest, best eye doctors available!
