Dr. Andrew George Pichler, MD

Dr. Pichler did my neck tightening and did the upper and lower lids. The neck result is just amazing! Instead of having to do a full neck tightening that included lifting the skin away and pulling it, he thought we might be able to get good results by tightening the underlying muscles and lipo of the neck. It was considerably less money and far less invasive. The results are unbelievably good--my neck didn't look this good when I was 16, and I'm 63 now. Before surgery, the pouches under my eyes were badly puffy, I thought far beyond my years. Now that the swelling & bruising has subsided, it's looking really good. I swear he took 20 years off me. The uppers are still a trifle swollen so I can't say for sure, but they look really good. I asked him to take it easy, not be too aggressive when removing fat and tightening the upper lids, and that's exactly what he did. It's looking gorgeous. I'm very sure I will go back to him if I need other procedures. He's kind and gentle… and very professional.
