I would like to express my deepest appreciation for Dr. Pilling’s exceptional care and professionalism. He is an extraordinarily skilled and compassionate physician who consistently goes above and beyond for his patients. Dr. Pilling performed my eye transplant and provided remarkable support throughout the entire process. The night following my surgery, my husband had concerns regarding my recovery. Although it was after midnight, he called Dr. Pilling’s office and left a message with the answering service. Within five minutes, Dr. Pilling personally returned the call. He not only answered all of my husband’s questions but also took the time to reassure him that everything was progressing as expected. Dr. Pilling even expressed that he would rather receive a call at 1:00 a.m. than have his patients or their families lose sleep worrying about something. At each appointment since the procedure, Dr. Pilling has continued to show the same extraordinary level of dedication and… compassion—taking all the time needed to explain my condition, answer questions, and ensure that I fully understand each step of my care.
