Dr. Andrew Christ Prints, MD

Dr. Andrew Christ Prince is the worst ER doctor I have ever encountered. I was transported by ambulance from our RV at the Gold Run rest stop to Sutter Faith in Auburn. I had stepped out of our rig and missed the step because it was so very dark resulting in a fractured and dislocated ankle. Dr. Prints had no bedside manner and could not seemed to be bothered with actually caring about his patients. He did not help me to manage the pain. I told him morphine made me sick to my stomach and I’d like to be treated with hydrocodone but instead he ordered tramadol. It was clear he thought I was some sort of drug addict. He sent me home with tylonal with codine. I spent the night in utter agony. My orthopedic surgeon said that it was unconscionable that Dr. Prints did not appropriately manage my pain. It is negligence. I am a 53 year old professional woman with no history of drug abuse, who had just suffered a major trauma. He should be disciplined for his actions. I will be writing to… Sutter BOD. Additionally, this doctor did a closed reduction on my dislocated and fractured leg, My Ortho said he made the initial injury worse. Without communication, they sedated me for this procedure with Ketamine and I thought I was literally dying. This man should be required to go back to med school. He is not a good doctor.
