Dr. Andrew Jerome Randolph, MD

Dr. Randolph is a knowledgeable, wonderful Dr. He takes his time when speaking to you and makes sure you understand and are a part of your care plan.

The worst dr!!

Professional, courteous, very thorough, patient oriented advocate. Does not rush through his appointments, which is good, but often times results in appointments running late. Highly respected in the medical community.

This doctor and his staff are very incompetent. Had a 9am appt and they didn't unlock the doors till 9:15 and there was only 1 staff member there. Need a referral to a specialist because my insurance requires it and they are telling me I don't need one. Been trying for a month to get the referral and in the mean time had to go to a walk in clinic because became very sick and they would give appt till the next day. In the process of changing to a new PCP.

Worst Doctor I have ever been too. Visits routinely take two hours. He only has three patient rooms so why it takes two hours is beyond reason. He's rude and refuses to be helpful with referrals and other paperwork. He also charges to fill out paperwork. He shows no concern for patient recovery. He just wants his money.

If you are in a hurry, find another doctor. I cannot fault Dr. Randolph on his advice or medical decisions. He seems very knowledgeable and shows a lot of concern. Dr. Randolph spends a lot of time with each patient which may be way the visit takes a long time.

I brought my mother down from New York and he has been wonderful with her! Dr. Randolph takes his time reading records, with the patient, and even on the phone during a long weekend! In my 45 years I have yet to see a Dr. take as much time making you feel important.
