Dr. Andrew David Reger, DO

Dr. Andrew Reger is a pulmonologist who also specializes in internal medicine and critical care medicine. He earned his medical degree from Midwestern University-Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency training at University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics. With 16 years of experience treating complex respiratory and critical care conditions, Dr. Reger brings extensive expertise to patient care. He is fluent in both Spanish and English.

Dr. Reger is affiliated with St Lukes Boise Medical Center and practices at multiple locations throughout the Boise area, including Meridian, Boise, and Nampa. He focuses on treating chronic lung disease and COPD, including cases with additional health complications. His procedural expertise includes pulmonary function testing to assess breathing capacity and bronchodilator reversibility testing to evaluate treatment responses. Dr. Reger also performs therapeutic hypothermia procedures for critically ill patients.
