Dr. Andrew Rivers, DDS

From the first time I walked through the doors of Dr. Rivers’ practice, I felt right at home. Each visit I enter into a clean, inviting waiting room and am greeted with Anne’s warm smile... she’s always expecting me and welcomes me before I can even tell her who I am! Anyone can immediately tell that these folks truly enjoy what they do. The dental hygienists are all very congenial and seem delighted to meet with clients, as they make the process as pleasant as possible. Dr. Rivers and Rose are the modern day dynamic duo. I’ve had a few procedures done in their office. First, Rose greets me in a way that makes me feel like she’s known me my entire life. She makes sure I am comfortable and lets me know what to expect during my visit. Once Dr. Rivers comes into the room, he greets me, asks about my family and then takes music requests on his Pandora radio (I find this really helps put me at ease). He will frequently ask if I’m feeling okay and offers a time-out anytime I need it. Rose’s… superpower is knowing everything I say when my mouth is pried WIDE open. :) Dr. Rivers and his team are phenomenal. Go in for a visit and you’ll understand why.
