If you don't mind waiting a ridiculously long time , then go see him. Once youre in his office he gives you lots of time and listens. He needs to book less patients !

I called to ask for an emergency appt because of a back injury. The receptionist was so rude and obnoxious on the phone that i felt i had to hang up to keep myself from telling her off and ruining her day as she did mine. Maybe they should try to teach the receptionist's at this office how to talk to people instead of being disrespectful and rude. Thanks for nothing.

Dr. Russo is best dr i ever had he had surgery and been on for 2 months and i miss him soo much, i can't find a dr like him who actually sit and listens and takes time with me and my problems, when he returns i will be there because he really is one of a kind

Decent availability. Staff works well with squeezing you in if you really need to be seen. Appt wait is long but only because Dr. Russo takes his time with his patients. Which is so hard to find. Staff has improved. They try to accomodate you as much as possible and are respectful and friendly.

The staff are not trained professionals, seem to be in complete disarray. Busy signal or put on hold way too many times. Dr russo is a great Dr. but needs a complete overhaul of hi staff.
