Excellent surgeon who treated me like family! He & his office staff were patient, attentive & eager to help. I did not feel pressured and am thrilled I trusted him to give me two new knees. 100% satisfied!

My first encounter was positive, despite the circumstances. The office was clean & appears well cared for. Office and clinical staff were professional and empathetic. Dr. Schneider has fantastic bedside manner. He spent an adequate amount of time addressing concerns and questions and ensured I fully understood the treatment plan. Appreciate that the office accommodated an appointment shortly after injury and scheduled the follow-up appointment based on my scheduling preferences. Very satisfied with today's visit and would recommend this provider.

From my very first appt. Dr Schneider was attentive carefully explaining everything. What was going to happen and why ... He explained what was wrong and how he planned on fixing my problem ... It hasn't even been 3 full months and I'm walking with no pain and have full use of my leg back. I would recommend Dr. Schneider to all my friends and family members. He is very kind super professional and the absolute best surgeon I've had the pleasure of being a patient of... From the first appointment to the most recent, we have been impressed. His attention to our needs and to the preparation required for surgery were so reassuring. Time spent with us was amazing as all our questions and concerns were addressed. He and his office and surgical staff are top notch. I was given multiple exams to find out exactly what the problem was and how he needed to proceed. Results were amazing. We would highly recommend Dr. Schneider for those needing his skills.

Dr. Schneider took the time to listen and validate my experience as a human being. He took hand written notes and made sure sit down to look me in the eyes to let me know he was listening with his full attention. That means a lot when you have been virtually invisible to every other provider and dealing with an unhealed foot fractured for 6 months.

Dr. Schneider was personable, friendly, direct, and answered all of my questions. Would recommend and would prefer to go back to him if there was a need.
