Can't expect more from an ER doc. Goes extra for his patient, even when the ER is packed.

My elderly loved father passed recently. He was taken to Alhambra by the paramedics. It was painful for the whole family. I saw the compassion in Dr Shen's eyes. He consoled us and made it easier to accept my beloved dad's passing. It made a difference. Some of the questions in the survey is not pertinent to our visit, but I gave 4 stars for all.

I had severe abdominal pain and went to the ER. I was seen immediately by both the nurses and Dr Shen. He showed compassion and give me medications immediately to ease my pain. I ended up with kidney stones which was very painful. I thank Dr Shen and his staff for helping me so effective and efficiently when I was having such a crisis.

Great ER physician. Really made my painful and scary visit easier. He took care of me quickly and I have nothing but the best to say about Dr Shen and his staff. Thank you for taking care of me :)
