Dr. Andrew Robert Sim, MD

I've had several problems with this provider. This time was the last straw. I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Sim in the Landing office. I scheduled the appointment about a month ahead of time, he's only there twice a month. I show up to the Landing office at my scheduled time and the office is closed. I called and explained the problem, that they must have scheduled me for the wrong office and I need an appointment to get my meds refilled. So, I go see the dr. in Parsippany and assume all is well. Then I get a bill for a no show for the original appointment in Landing which they had down as Parsippany. I called billing and they tell me the office has to rectify it. I had to call the office manager, Mariette, 4 times. She never called me back but during one of the 20 minute hold times the front desk person gets on the phone and says Mariette will waive the charge this one time but next time it'll be $125.00! For the mistake THEY made? I don't think so!

I suffered chronic back pain for years, finally decide to to get some injections because the pain is unbearful. Went to Dr. Sim's office, his staff was friendly, wait time was reasonable. Dr. Sim patiently listened to my story, he was very thorough & caring during the visit. My subsequent procedures day was also very pleasant, not only he had explained to me before how the day will go, but he also made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. My back now is 90% pain free. I really feel thankful to Dr. Sim's treatment. He is a knowledgeable, skilled doctor.
