Dr. Slavico is amazing, and I would rate him five star plus in every category. The continued use of PA's and the other doctors in his practice are not the best. It's hard to find a good doctor these days.

The doctor was not the problem, the office staff is awful. Customer service is the worse that I've experienced. I can not stress how bad the office staff is. I will be changing Dr. Just because of the staff.

I feel like I get expert advice and that he is patient while listening to all of my symptoms before diagnosing. A great doctor and clinic!

Dr. Slavico is very professional and caring. He is a great doctor. Some complain because it takes a while to see him. I believe that is because many patients ask for him are willing to wait to wait to see him. However, some may not realize this and are frustrated when the wait happens to them. I have encountered a long wait when I am worked in due to an unscheduled appointment. Most of the time, the staff advises me I can see another doctor but I usually prefer to wait. My scheduled appointments usually are on time. I have at times seen the other doctors or PA in group and they too are good too. The staff has always been courteous to me as I try to be with them. I think sometimes when we are not feeling well things may appear worse to us than they are. This may not always be the case, but may happen more than not.

Dr. Slavico is the most caring and intelligent physician I have ever gone to. He and his staff go out of their way to make an office visit as smooth as possible.

At Walnut Creek you do not have to have an appointment and if you choose not to make one you will wait a bit. However, once you are seen the doctors are very caring and do not rush through your visit. They make sure to answer your questions and explain everything very thoughly. I don't know who these morons are they gave them a bad rating but someone people are IMPOSSIBLE to make happy. I would recommend this practice to any and everyone!!
