Dr Smith is the most caring and professional doctor you could ever meet- and that’s in his job and in his every day life as well. He goes above and beyond to help patients, meet their needs, provide them with information to assist them, and get to know patients on a deeper level than just patient to doctor. His heart is gold and it is very evident if you have spent any time with him. I am so thankful for doctors like him in this world!

If you need someone to listen to you, care for you and be diligent in your health care management Dr. Smith is phenomenal. I’m shocked by negative reviews and can only imagine the reviewers didn’t like that he’s not just going to tell you want to hear. If you knew all of the answers then you shouldn’t be coming in anyway. Highly, highly recommend

My wife started seeing Dr Smith which by the way doesn’t have much experience. On the website for his practice they advertise that they manage chronic illness. If you have chronic problems run! He doesn’t like to treat anything unless it requires antibiotics or blood work. His staff is lazy like himself and rude to boot. They do not know how to write a prescription or a PA. When you call they act like they are doing you a favor. If you are on Medicare please be careful. They do not know how to fill out paperwork properly as per Medicare protocol. After going back and forth with a rude nurse over her inability to comprehend that you must include a medical code on a PA. As required by Medicare. Dr Smith picked up the phone to chastise my wife because she was wasting their time from patients. He also informed her that he couldn’t handle no more than 3 issues at a time per visit because it took up to much of his time. I thought that’s what doctors were supposed to do. Any way the… Trussville clinic is all about numbers and money. This is a sad state that medicine has become. Please beware before you make an appointment with Dr Smith. Also all he wants to do is send you out to specialist. He is scared to treat Diabetes. What a waste of time. Thanks CC

Went to see this doctor in an emergency situation & receptionist was very rude & stated, she would try to see if the doctor could even see me but doubtful because I didn't have an appt & they were very busy but there was not another single patient in the waiting room. When I informed her I had no problem with waiting & there was no need to be rude she picked up the phone & screamed she was being attacked aggressively by a patient to which the doctor came out & threatened to not even see us if we were gonna give his staff problems but it wasn't us that gave the staff the problem but the total opposite. Very unprofessional to treat a patient in some manner in an emergency situation.
