Andrew B Standerwick, MD

There is not enough good that I can say about Dr Standerwick, and his team. He removed my gall bladder 3 yrs ago, and had a group of lymphnodes tested afterward, that had appeared abnormal to him. The results showed that I had lymphoma cancer. With early detection, treatment, and prayer, I was declared cancer free 6 months later. Had it not been for the keen eye and the care he has for his patients total well-being, I probably would not be here today. Dr Standerwick performed my gastric sleeve procedure just a few months ago, and I am doing great! I couldn't ask for better care, and overall excellence in bedside manner, professionalism, skill, and in every other category a doctor and his staff can be reviewed in. 5 stars is not enough to rate Andrew Standerwick, Krystal and Cierra and Kaitlyn, and everyone else I have encountered at Surgical Associates of Mansfield.

Dr. Standerwick takes the time to explain what is going to take place. He makes the time to answer any and every question I had, then made sure my family's questions were answered as well. I never felt rushed. Dr. Standerwick is very compassionate and always very respectful of my privacy. Even though I know I'm not his only patient, he has impressed me with his memory of things that took place in earlier visits.
