Dr. Andrew Man-Kuen Tsoi, MD

Don't know what kind of office this is went there this morning and was told by the front desk RUDE person that I had to have blood work I was in for blood pressure I tried to explain that I had blood work done at TGE and was told it didn't matter they do blood work every 3 months need it or not I said my insurance wont cover that she said to bad I was send away with stroke high blood pressure because I ate before my visit , again what is going on Is this some insurance issue should the state look into why are test being done for nothing ? it wasn't like the doctor felt it necessary it was what they do all the time I wont be back for sure !!!!!!

Dr. Tsoi's office is a walk in clinic. It's first come first serve. Depending on the time you get there you can be taken right back to a room or have to wait several hours before you're taken to a room but once in the room it's pretty quick most times to at least be talked to by the doctor. They also have policy if you pay cash at the time of your visit you get a 50% discount on the office call. If I'm correct, that would be about $65.00 (that's what I paid the last time I needed to be seen and had cash to pay for the visit when I didn't have insurance. The office call was $130.00 if you had insurance).I really like Dr. Tsoi. He's very friendly, very caring, spends as much time with you as necessary and answers all questions you have. He's very professional and so far he hasn't been wrong about any diagnosis. I can't however say the same thing with some of the other doctors who take turns in the clinic. I don't like the fact they don't have much on the handicap/wheelchair accessiblity… for getting someone onto a table for exam. It makes it difficult to take someone in that needs to be examined on a table instead of being able to stay in their chair for examinations. But overall I love Dr. Tsoi and will call ahead on a day I want to go in to make sure he's the attending physician for that day.
