Dr. Andrew Karl Vaaler, MD

Although I was happy with the low wait time, and the pleasant office staff. Dr. Vaaler’s egar anticipation of my appointment, as he stuck his head out in the waiting room to see if I had arrived yet, seemed impressive. Unfortunately, I think it was only because he wanted to get on with his day. He lacks compassion and professionalism in regards to a patient’s personal situation. I felt that my potential cancer diagnosis was dismissed and that he didn’t give a second thought to my concerns. He literally said the f*** word out loud in my appointment when he realized my medical record didn’t include all of the images he needed. His team did NOT request all images. He quickly got annoyed and looked at me with condemnation when I challenged him on not having the images prior to my appointment. This was my first and last visit to his office!! Don’t waste your time. His ego is bigger than his concern for patients.

He wasn't in a hurry. Was very personable. Explained this clearly and was a genuinely nice person. I recommend highly.
