I took my 82 year old mother-in-law in after a fall with acute leg pain. EVERYONE at Aspirus was prompt, courteous, answered our questions well, and kept my MIL comfortable with warm blankets, prompt Xray, pain meds, all in spite of a level 1 trauma being handled at the same time.

Very kind man. Right on with his diagnosis. Spent extra time filling me in on the diagnosis and the options. Wish he would be a primary doctor so I could see him all the time

Very negative experience. I went to the ER on a Saturday. I am 8 weeks pregnant and bleeding after falling on the ice. I was having some cramping and I told him of a subchorionic hematoma I had been notified about on a prior ultrasound. I waited 3 hours just to be seen and he flat out refused the ultrasound saying it won't matter if I miscarried or not, that they can't do anything anyway, and that this isn't a cafeteria I can't get what I want all the time. Very rude and dismissing. I persisted and he finally agreed to, but said they won't see anything anyway. Thankfully my baby was fine and I now have two subchorionic hematomas. Not only did we see the baby but we were able to see the source if the bleeding when he said they wouldn't see anything. Then, his assistant came in and told me that since my hormones are supposed to double every two days and mine didn't go up in four days, this is probably the start of a miscarriage. Now, I've had three miscarriages in the past, and have done… my research, and know for a fact that hcg levels peak at 8-10 weeks--the doubling is only for very early in pregnancy. In my opinion he does not seem very knowledgeable, and I'd worry what other misinformation is out there. I felt fobbed off and pushed aside when he refused an ultrasound when I had bleeding, cramping, and a recent fall.
