Dr. Andrew D Whyman, MD

Very arrogant and ignorant about real life situations. Goes by a scholastic textbook of what to do since he doesn't seem to know how to help a patient on his own. Tries to ask too many personal questions that don't have anything to do with the reason for going to see him, such as: does your family or you yourself, the patient, have any property owned and if so where is it located, he asks what is your income, etc. He seems more concerned or interested about the patient's net value then addressing the patient's issues as to why he is there. He is rude and not caring such as if the patient becomes emotionally sadden per their conversation, he, the doctor, actually will say, "stop that, enough already!". He also seems to get bored, because he seems to be in a trance or asleep. When the appointment is finally over, he has the patient wait in waiting room, for what reason? When he finally comes out it's only because patients have to ask someone to go get him because he doesn't answer his… voice buzzer or his phone, and it is obvious he was asleep or on something because his eyes are glassy, watery, with yawning and hair messed up, etc. He seems to work with only other doctors connected to him and the insurance companies as if in some kind of special fraternity, and seems he is not there to help patient but only instead to help himself, his colleagues, business associates or whoever pays the most. Prefers to stay in his home in Tahoe area, making it hard to have appointments. And tries to talk his way out of any mistake he is caught on.

Extremely insightful and beneficial to my particular situation. I would highly recommend him to all concerned.

Always agree with the employers and disagree with the disabled and injured workers.
