My initial appointment with Twin Cities Pain Center of Burnsville was I believe on July 02,2025. TCPC accepted me as a patient due to my previous pain center doctor was retiring from the United Hospital pain center and eventually was forced to permanently closing due to lack of quality personnel. Dr. Andrew Will, was the first person I saw at my initial appointment. I explained my back problems and felt I was a good candidate for a back procedure that could possibly help me with my back situation with the pain I was experiencing. I have finally found the necessary procedure that TCPC has the situation that will help me. Dr. Will, handed me over to his well qualified staff to help me with my back pain situation. I give Dr. Andrew Will 5 Stars as well as his staff.

Dr Will was wonderful , he listened to my concerns and offered options for addressing my pain. His nurse was great too! Highly recommend!

Dr Will and his staff made me feel very comfortable with their diagnosis of my back pain. After treatment I was able to walk without pain or discomfort. I would highly recommend TCPC for any pain issues one may have. A big thank you to all the staff!

Dr. Will has been a game changer in my life. First he listens to your problems and addresses each of them with complete solutions that work for the patient not the provider. My pain has become manageable and life is becoming more normal again. I'm thankful daily for the care team at Twin Cities Pain Clinic. Thanks for all you do. I really appreciate your care.

Dr. Will recognized the seriousness of my symptoms, had the right diagnostics done, made sure scheduling happened quickly and as the situation snowballed and each week symptoms escalated: he was there. He made sure I had the pain relief I needed while working through diagnostics, epidurals, surgical consult and surgery. I went to the ER in May feeling like my body was anesthetized under a lead blanket, I'd lost control of my muscles, my hands were locked like claws, I had to make myself breath. I used to work in hospitals on medical care teams in social work. I told the paramedics and ER what what happening. They ignored me and told me I had a migraine and was hyperventilating. I told them I'd had a severe compression concussion and my Chiropractor said look at my neck. The CT scanned my head and sent me home after the attack subsided. Pain just grew. Issues grew. It took less than five minutes for Dr. Will to say "I need to see your neck, we need an MRI of your neck." Excellent.

RX mixup for pharmacy location. Dr. Will called me back and sorted out the mixup. Called me back to make sure I was able to get my RX and all went ok. It was a Friday evening and really appreciated his care and concern for me.

I am leaving this review because this office is shady as heck. Your NP Sally refered me to a Doctor who ruined my back. You got money for your stimulator then you say all you can do is another implant. Criminal- I am turning Dr. Mullaney over to the Attorney General and I might include this practice.

I sought treatment at Twin Cities Pain Clinic after a sports injury that resulted in pain during normal daily activities. I was impressed immediately by the staff and Dr. Will. He spent time with me to ensure he understood my injury and my goals. I then worked with a physical therapist and received an individualized plan. During each visit, I appreciated the friendly staff and the personalized attention. Thanks to Dr. Will and team's hard work and encouragement, I successfully rehabilitated my injury.

I had to return again after a car accident tore some ligaments and I had to be given oxycodone. It was disheartening when my physician suddenly yanked my pain meds. I felt ill & run-down. I returned to Dr. Will after 3 years and faced no judgement, ridicule or the like. He swiftly got me in and on suboxone. I feel like the N.P.'s are just as kind and helpful. I hope anyone "stuck" in a "painkiller rut" will trust enough to go into this clinic. Dr. Will is ready to help!
