Dr. Andrew Robert Willment, MD

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Andrew Willment. He takes the time to explain any issues and answers any questions in a way that one can understand. My grandson has an intellectual disability and Dr. Andrew speaks to him with respect and integrity. Lily a staff member is so kind and efficient. They both really do care about their patients and families.

Dr. Willment has been my primary care doctor for several years and he has been very patient and attentive every time I've seen him. He answers all of my questions and explains everything well. He also provides advice about exercise and sleep issues. The other staff are always helpful too. My husband has another doctor at the same practice (Dr. Jillson) and he has only had positive experiences too.

Have been a regular patient of Dr. Willment for 3 years. He is always friendly, explains things well. He listens to all ailments and has recommendations for each of them. Have had to get 2 referrals fast and easy process. The front staff and nurses have been extremely friendly and helpful, even if it is with a routine question on the phone. Highly recommend this practice and Doctor !

I am writing this review because I was looking up the contact information to recommend this practice to a friend and was shocked to see the bizarre negative reviews. It almost seems like a mistake. My daughter, my son and I have had excellent experiences with Dr Willment and his staff. Our routine office visits have been thoroughly confidence inspiring. In an emergency situation, the office accommodated me straight away. The availability of the lab and X-ray services in the building is convenient and efficient. We have three out of three positive individual assessments.

I would never go to him again. He is rude and plays games. Only out for the money. He could care less about you.

Now that we have switched to better Dr I can now review the horrible experience. The office staff is demeaning, unfriendly, and not wanting to help. Your just a number not a patient. Dr. Willment isn’t even wanting to help a patient. We tried to transfer from Reliant and they refused to get our records even after we have tried. My husband who’s in heart meds they won’t refill them and has now gone months with out them. He has a stroke I know who sue. The office staff makes appointments with out notifications so now we missed appointments. That’s taking our personal information and using it for the good time. Note they have your SS# too. The nurse abused my oldest while having a shot that now she has ptsd from it and is going through therapy. Great way to scare a teen! Note I am in the medical profession and work with a private Dr in a private office and if I ever spoke to a patient the way these nurses and medical staff did I would not only be fired but my license be gone. Any time I… tried for results I got told differently and even the dr I work with when I would tell him questioned the practice. Get away from the big medical corporations your just a number and go with a small job practice. Your a patient with them!

I stumbled in here checking for a phone number and was disturbed to see the single poor review. Dr W was fantastic with my daughter. My own experience with this office has been stellar. Who knows what transpired to produce the reviewer’s displeasure but our experience has been 100% positive.

The one star reviewer must have been having a bad day. Dr Willment and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and responsive. I have not had a bad experience at all, quite the opposite actually. I have 100% faith in his expertise.

Stumbled across the previous negative review while looking up the office number. Our experience has been the opposite of what was reported above. Go figure but I hate to let a one star review hang out there unchallenged. Seems strange.

Stay away if you are looking for kind, patient and understanding from your Dr and their staff. Rude receptionists, nasty and impatient nurses with rude tones, as if we were bothering them. And a dr who was interested in doing/saying as little as possible to get us out of his hair. Stay away!
