He sucks and is on something

Dr. Andrew Zabinski twice didn't show up when scheduled, and is difficult to track down - his office sometimes has no idea where he really is. He didn't seem to care much about treating my serious issue, or really about being a physician in general. He said very little and seemed preoccupied. Better suited to different occupation, I'd have to say.

Dr. Zabinski seems too busy to take the time to care for his patients. My son has seen him in the past and has a new problem. Dr. Zabinski's staff will not make an appointment for him because he is too busy. He ordered an ultrasound at our request and his staff called to report that he states "it is fine" but he will not see him to look at the problem. An ultrasound does not give a full clinical picture. Very poor, unskilled Dr. I would not recommend him.

After a partial kidney surgery, I was in hospital for two 1/2 months and rehab for 3 weeks before I could go home. Due to leakage in my system from the surgery. It caused all kinds of problems, even to the extend of me having lung surgery. After two years my body still is not right. I am not the kind to sue, because people do make mistakes and one was made on me.

The entire Team works together to make your medical experience flow seamlessly. I was scheduled for a 1:00 appointment and was called promptly a 1pm on the spot.

I've been with Dr. Z for over 3 years now and he has helped me tremendously and is very cognizant about making surgery as comfortable as can possibly be......including recovery. I highly recommend him if you need a great Urologist you can trust and who will recommend the best choices for you situation.

THE GUY IS A MUHPHAKIN GENIUS.......

I really like this doctor. He speaks to you in plain English and tells it like it is. He doesn't pull punches and I appreciate his honesty. That is all I ask for. He has done two procedures on me and I have no problems with either one. He will be my doctor from here on out. I just wish his staff would communicate better.

After rescheduling a Monday appt. to a Thursday appt., per the office staff's request, this doctor never showed. My appt was at 3:30pm. At 4:30 I inquired about my appt. The staff looked shocked and told me he was in surgery and they had no idea when he would be back!! They took my $40 co-pay & let me sit there for an hour!!! Worst front office staff...ever!! Plus, I had to wait another 20 mins for a refund of my co-pay. Which I had to force them to return. I will never recommend or return to the office. I should have charged the doctor a no-show fee.
