your will never find a more caring personable doctor,hes the best

Tried to get an appointment, he must be good, because as a new patient, you can not be seen for at least a month....even if you have just come off hospice and NEED a primary doctor established immediately to continue critical care. Was practically told to go somewhere else because it would be too much of a hassle by the person answering the phone. Very disappointed that we will never get to meet this doctor because of his staff.

Rudest and Nastiest receptionist . Called several times to set up an appointment, kept saying she would call me back. Then , finally after my insurance company called she said they won’t schedule new patients until 4-6 weeks and that they don’t except my insurance. Her tone and voice seemed like she either didn’t want a job anymore or she didn’t want to be there . She was even rude the first day I called on Wednesday and now it’s Monday and I still don’t have anything set . Worst experience ever!

I think Dr. Andrew is a good doctor but luckily for me I go in for minor stuff. I hate the fact that no matter what I go in for I'm going to be there at least an hour. I try to make first thing appts so I can get out of there quicker and he shows up late so I'm still there at least an hour. The staff on the other hand is terrible! They treat you like you are bothering them and they don't hide the fact that they could care less about you. I called yesterday to see if my prescription was ready for me to pick up because of course the lady didn't call me like she said she would. She told me they were going to be there for another 15 minutes and I said I will be there be then. I showed up in 10 minutes and they had already locked the door and wouldn't let me in. Who does that knowing I'm on my way to get my prescription? If I were sick and had to go to the doctors more I would not be going here because of the staff. I would not recommend anyone to go here either.

dr. Andrew is the most professional physician I ever met. He is very knowledgeable and very sincere. He treats his patients with the upmost respect and goes over your disease process with you so its understandable.He spend a lot of time with me and always answers my questions without rushing. I feel he is simply the best doctor anyone can find

I have seen both Dr. Andrew along with his brother 20 plus years I think both of them are great....my biggest complaint which I have expressed with both doctors is the unprofessional behavior of the office staff .....the conversations I along with other patients have over heard while waiting to schedule our next appointment coming from the small office room of the office manager I and I use that title loosely because she by all means doesn't conduct herself as one....if she is going to carry on like that she should close her office door....and my other gripe is how she speaks to the office girls....is appalling I was a manager for a number of years Iand my husband still is and never once have we talked or treated our staff in such a way....I think Me. Lisa position has gone to her head. And I think both doctors are clueless to what is going on ....so every time I am subject to said behavior I will say something.

he was simply the most caring and intelligent doctor i ever went to. i would never think of gong to anyone else.very personable and spends a lot of time with you

He was very personable and he spent a long time with me and my concerns.really cared about me.he found my problem when other doctors couldn't.he is the best doctor and will stay with him forever.nothing negative to say about him

A friend referred me to Dr. Andrew Zazaian and spoke highly of him. I called to schedule a physical. The initial phone call took 10+ minutes because the person kept putting me on hold. Then she was rude saying she didn't think they would accept my insurance, but she would call me back. The NEXT DAY she called back and said they would accept it, but since I had a "high deductible plan" that I needed to bring at least $100 with me to pay for the appointment. I explained that "wellness exams" are covered at 100%. She needed to call me back and said that they "office manager" said I needed to pay for a new patient exam BEFORE I could schedule a regular physical. I asked what would be done during during the new patient exam (that would be different than a physical because I really only wanted a physical. Her response was that he would run an blood work, EKG, a stress test (keep in mind that I do not have a heart condition and any other tests the doctor wants to run. Keep in mind… that I do not have a heart condition nor am I having any health issues and I would need to pay for all of these UNNECESSARY tests out of pocket. It simply has been 10+ years since I had a physical and I figure it is time for a check up. I ended up talking to the office manager (still trying to schedule a regular annual exam). She was rude and said that I had a lot of nerve calling their office and arguing with them about their standard operating procedures. I'm not sure if the place is simply trying to scam people into running unnecessary tests or if the doctor has no clue about how horrible his staff treats people.
