Terrible doctor and even worse staff.

i fell at work now have 2 discs bulging out. When i do repetitive lifting/bending my right hip swells up and i cant feel my right leg. Per my dr.'s diagnosis, I am not to have a job doing repetitive lifting anymore. i had 2 injections in my back. lawyer for my work sent me to dr. zelby to get their opinion. Zelby released me and in the report, my lawyer said basicly zelby says i need to stretch my muscles. I was fired for not coming back in their timely manner. I've had to choose a job where I no longer have to lift items. I use to make $18.00/hr.

Dr Zelby performed my microdiscectomy. I went from constant pain to immediate relief. You can put your trust in this man from start to finish. A truly great surgeon who gave me my life back.

Claims all five doctors I have seen are wrong, and MRI and EMG are incorrect. I believe it’s time for him to retire or learn how to read reports.

Do not ever trust this doctor for work comp or insurance as he is a fraud. Makes up complete lies and scenarios that never happened just to screw you over. He needs to be held accountable for his actions. Doctors are suppose to help people not scam innocent people who have been injured just to get money from companies.

Horrible and works for the intermediary company that requests the IME. He is a very unethical person and only cares about getting the person back to work regardless of the injury/injuries you have. Beware a make sure you understand clearly that if you’re sent to him for an IME, it will be written and conveyed to the insurance company and anyone else reading it as you are not injured and you can go back to work within a short amount of time.

I had back surgery this summer which I call nothing short of miraculous. I entered his office in so much pain and almost crippled, I returned to work after 6 weeks. It has now been 6 months since surgery and I'm strong and pain free. It's all due to the skill of a good surgeon, Dr. Zelby. I would recommend him to everybody.

Don’t expect a medical opinion. Expect an insurance company paid for liability limiting opinion.

My surgery was very successful! It changed my life. Before surgery, I had severe neck pain and numbness in my arms, both of which are gone now. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with neck problems.
