Dr. Andrew Nicholas Zeniou, MD

Dr. Zeniou and his office staff are highly unprofessional and stigmatic in how patients are treated, particularly elderly patients with complex hernias. Getting a simple answer as to whether the doctor even operated on severe case hernias like mine was difficult, and wrongfully taken as something offensive. Nor was there any willingness by the office manager to provide simple and necessary disability accommodations. The doctor was irritated at me for having important questions, such as whether he performed the surgery I needed in a manner that wouldn't hinder other life and anatomical functions. After over 9 months of runaronds, being ignored, and endless follow-up calls to this doctor and his staff, my condition seriously worsened and I was left to suffer, leaving me in a horrible situation. If you're looking for a surgeon with talent, empathy and compassion, this is not the one.

DR. ZENIOU MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE, & SAFE. HE IS KIND AND CARING

Dr. Zeniou is the surgeon who came in to do my appendectomy. He was gentle and attentive for the brief physical, and explained the reasoning for my procedure, along with any potential risks associated with it. He explained what his role was and how he would operate. He asked if I had any questions, and was very straight forward about any and all concerns I had. At one point, a nurse burst through the door whilst he was explaining, and he addressed her curtly but politely. Overall, he’s a rare type of doctor in his courteous bedside manner, the respectful way he treats his colleagues and in the gracefulness with which he performed his job. I’ve never been more impressed with a doctor, and hope that other people are able to gain the full experience as well.

He truly is the most caring doctor I have ever met. I was very comfortable that no matter what the diagnosis would be he woud tell it to me straight and make sure that he could do everything in his power to treat and make me comfortable.

Dr Zeniou has been my surgeon for multiple surgeries thoughout the years. he recently saved my life. to which a am so thankful for. not only does he poses golden hands, where healing process is goes very welk with minimal scarring. but he truly deeply cares for his patients. his staf is equally wonderful. loveing and caring. there isnt a day wherin I count my blessings and thank god that dr zenoiu saved my life .

at first i did not like dr zeniou but when i did my floow ups he turned out to be great he takes the time to listen and i was able to tell him a lot of stuff i wish i could keep him as my doctor forever
