I lost faith in him, bridges that continually break, crowns that don't last five years and he wants to charge you for it again. Went to another dentist for a tooth that was crowned by Andy and needed a root canal. Andy wanted to charge me for root canal and new crown (crown wasn't 5 yrs old ) The other dentist did the root canal thru the crown. Much, much less expensive. This office wants to do more than what you need done and charge you the most for it. Now my bridge with implants has fallen out. Never going back.

Total creep of a guy. He looked my phone number up as a patient and called me to ask me out! Completely unprofessional

Overcharges and insurance fraud is what you will experience at this office. I will not be returning

I had a great experience with this office. Every step of my treatment was laid out in a no surprise way. The Dr. Is super personable and make sure I was comfortable the whole time. I no longer dread going to the Dentist like I have in the past. Thanks Dr Chang and Staff for making sure I was stepped through everything with all questions answered!

I have gone 40 years with 1 cavity. Suddenly I go for my regular exam and cleaning and I have NINE cavities. I was skeptical but felt sure that the dentist was honest and of good moral character. Now I'm questioning that as the office manager is trying to charge me more than I owe by lying about what my insurance paid - I can see what insurance paid by looking at the EOB. Shady shady shady. I recommend looking elsewhere for a dentist.
