Dr. Andy Chang was born in Taiwan. At the age of 2, his family emmigrated to the United States. For as long as he can remember, he watched his father train and practice dentistry in the United States. His father's hard work and dedication to excellence in the dental profession ultimately inspired Dr. Andy Chang to follow in his footsteps.
Dr. Chang grew up in neighboring Montville Township, where he attended Montville Township High School. Upon graduating, he obtained his bachelor's degree at Rutgers University, majoring in Cell Biology & Neuroscience with a minor in Computer Science.
Dr. Chang completed his doctorate degree at UMDNJ - New Jersey Dental School. During his studies, he assisted at Dr. David Goteiner's periodontal practice in Chester, NJ. He is proud to return to serve the community he grew up in. In April 2008, Dr. Chang launched a second site in Palisades Park, NJ to serve the community he currently resides in.
In his free time, Dr. Chang enjoys …playing tennis, ultimate frisbee, running, mountain biking, designing websites (like this one) and volunteering in the local community. Dr. Chang currently resides in West New York, NJ with his wife Jennifer and son Aidan.
