My mom’s appointment was at 3:20 PM and because she was 4 minutes late, Dr. Angala Borders-Robinson and her staff refused to see her. They told my parents to go home and reschedule. While my parents were on their way home my dad called me at 3:31 PM to tell me that they refused to see my mom after being 4 mins late. I called the clinic at 3:34 PM and left a message. The supervisor Kari Jorgensen, called me back at 4 PM to confirmed that my parents arrived at 3:31 PM. They were 11 minutes late and that is why they turn my parents away. How is it possible that my parents was time stamped at 3:31 PM for check-in when my dad called me at the same time to tell me that they were on their way back and is on Highway 94? So my parents were time stamp while they were on the highway? When I asked the supervisor to explain that she try to fight me by saying their system is always right instead of apologizing. The schedule was made 6 months ago and after being 4 minutes late they were told to go… home and reschedule. Please be warn, save yourself a stroke and not waste your time on these goons. According to other reviews, it appears my parents were not the only client having issues with these unprofessional clowns. Where did they acquire their degrees from, University of How to treat people like Sh*t or University of How to Lie? You put a bunch of C- doctors and staffs that barely pass their exams into one clinic and you get Noran Neurological Clinic of Lake Elmo.

Could not believe how rude this Dr was...called my name in the waiting room, said nothing to me as we walked back to her office. Asked me only a few questions and seemed to take no interest in my wellbeing. Had to call the office several times for test results. Was hoping for a different experience when I went for a follow up but it was even worse.

After going to many doctors and specialists including the Mayo Clinic, she was the one who finally found the answer after 4 years of disappointment. Very pleased with her care!! Great clinic staff too.

I took my mother to see Dr Borders-Robinson due to dementia. She was extremely kind to my mother and was willing to take time to talk to me and my sisters regarding what is happening and our options going forward. I would recommend her to anyone dealing with a loved one who is suffering from increasing dementia.

She was wonderful with my son, talked to him not just to me. After 4 years of doctor hopping she found out what was the matter with him. Now I am going to her and couldn't be happer.
