Dr. Angel Guillen Perez, MD

This man prescribed me levofloxacin which is generic for levaquin which was removed and black labeled and added a black box warning by the FDA in 2016, this drug is used to treat upper respiratory infections but can cause serious health disasters such as, heart ruptures, muscles ruptures and can stay in the body for life. Well Perez prescribed it to me on 1/15/21, I called and complained and said it felt like my arms and legs were going to fall off, Andrea pogue his PAC told me to continue taking it so it can be effective treatment for my ailment. Well I was bench pressing 13 months later and both of my pectoral ruptured, I wasn’t able to lift either arm, I was in excruciating pain, I haven’t been able to work since the accident 2/14/22, I had bilateral pectoral reattachment surgeries on 2/26/22 by Richard blanks md at platinum orthopedics in fountain valley, I had to undergo another surgery after receiving results from an mri I took after healing from both pectoral ruptures, it… revealed the left pectoral needed another reattachment surgery, caused by the levofloxacin, I was scheduled and underwent a third pectoral attachment surgery on my left pectoral on 4/18/23 by the same surgeon, I filed a lawsuit against Angel Perez, today his Lawyer called me a piece of shit and called me a liar and that I never underwent any surgeries, this was very sad to see two professionals be as unprofessional as possible. I’ve been unable to work since my injury, and I’ve become homeless as a result. Please do not visit Dr. Perez because he negligently misrepresented me as a patient, negligent infliction of emotional distress,

I went with my mother a few days ago and this Doctor is a good one. Very dedicated to the patients he had great bed manners and explained everything at a pace she could understand, and the office staff gets a shout out as well. Thank you

I finally found a physician that meets my needs, he hears me and explains to me as a Dr. should, I give him 10 stars
