STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTORS OFFICE. THIS OFFICE IS A COMPLETE JOKE. THE STAFF ARE HORRIBLE. NO ONE SPEAKS PROPER ENGLISH. THE STAFF ARE REALLY LAZY. I CALLED AT 9AM TO RE- SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT, AND THE "MANAGER" SAID SHE NEEDS TO TAKE CARE OF THE PATIENCE'S THAT ARE IN THE OFFICE FIRST. AS IF MY MATTER ISN'T A PRIORITY. I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT WHEN SHES DONE WITH WHAT SHE HAS TO DO FIRST IN ORDER TO VERITY THE INSURANCE. WHY WOULD THEY SCHEDULE THE FIRST APPOINTMENT THEN? SHOULDN'T THIS BE DONE BEFORE SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT. IF YOU WANT A DOCTOR THAT YOU CAN TRUST. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Very little interest in the patient. Went in for a certain problem and it took him 2 seconds to just prescribe me pain pills instead of getting to the source of the problem and told me to come back if it happens again, which the problem is still ongoing. Doesn't ask any questions about what is going on and felt very impersonal.

Todos en mi familia somos pacientes del Dr. Rico asi que me creo con derecho a dar mi opinion. El Dr . Rico es un excelente profesional que siempre nos ha hecho sentir que estamos en las mejores manos por su capacidad de diagnosticar y tratar con exito cada problema de salud que hemos presentado .En cuanto a su equipo de trabajo, son excelentes personas que trabajan con rapidez y dedicacion. Se nota que todos tienen un objetivo en comun: los pacientes. Toda mi familia y yo nos sentimos agradecidos al Dr. Rico a todo su staff .

This doctor and his office are a joke. I don't know who gave him his degree. You wait 2-3 hours after your appointment to be seen which they never call to confirm your appointment and they get you in and out like if nothing. The office staff barely speaks english and they got mad when I told them they were a disaster.

Excellent doctor. I trust my entire family to Dr. Rico. Not only does he have the education, training, and experience required to help you, but he genuinely cares for you as a patient. He always takes his time to examine you, and to listen to you. He follows up with treatment, and is deeply involved in your care. Highly recommended!

El Dr. Angel E. Rico es el Dr. de mis hijos de 9 y 3 anos desde que nacieron, para mi es un excelente Dr. y un excelente ser humano. Lo mas que me gusta de el es que el hace todo lo posible por que te vayas a la casa con todo el tratamiento y recomendaciones apropiadas para que tu recuperación sea rápida e inmediata de hecho yo también me trato con el por la misma razón. Es tan bueno con niños como con adultos, las atenciones de el y su equipo de trabajo son excelentes. Gracias Dr. como siempre digo "You are the best" GRACIAS por todo lo que haces por mi y mi FAMILIA........ :)

Let me start off by saying that this is a great doctor, he and most of his staff is very professional, HOWEVER, he has a disgusting woman as a receptionist. She is truly a miserable lady. She not only lacks customer service skills, but she lacks BASIC manners. she is very disrespectful. I have on several occasions reffered this doctor to close friends and they did not get the pleasure of meeting him because they got attacked by this woman. My mother just recently went and also got attacked by her, thankfully for her I was not there, otherwise she might not still be working there. My only guess is that she is a family member and the doctor is obligated to keep her there. That is truly the only logical explanation that I could think of, there is honestly no other way that this woman could get a job. I hope DR. Rico opens his eyes and fires this monster, he is an amazing doctor and person, and most of his staff is VERY sweet, except this one miserable woman.

Rico has been my doctor for god knows how long, practically from when I was a naïve middle school student. Trust me, HE IS AMAZING!! Now my wife and child are his patients. He's very down to earth with us, and when we're in trouble he'll call us up every day to see if we actually listened to him, not that many doctors do that. Believe me when I say that I recommend him to everyone I know.
