Dr. Angela Yolanda Bond, MD

Dr. Bond is an excellent doctor she gives each of her patients her personal attention and she genuinely cares about the physical, mental and spiritual well being of each patient she sees. She has an outstanding bedside manner and her energy is contagious.

I am a diabetic and have numerous issues that I needed to address (nerve pain, foot issues, dry skin, digestive problems, etc.) Dr Bond was late for the appointment and then refused to discuss all of the issues, saying that I had to come back for another appointment. I didn't make another appointment but the office called me a month later to discuss blood work results. I had the blood work done BEFORE my last appointment and she had refused to discuss it during that visit. Only going back to get prescription renewals that she should have given me at my last visit but had refused to do that also. It was like she used my appointment time to catch up on her schedule. It was not appreciated!

This Dr. fails to communicate well with her patients, does not provide complete and necessary information. Ignored my prior Dr's directive to monitor my chronic condition, while attempting to DX a different incorrect condition. She fails to spend sufficient time with or Listen accurately to valid concerns if one has a condition she doesn't want to monitor. Excuses herself after a very brief time then sends in the very boisterous staff with completed paperwork which often misrepresented the chief concern; the actual Reason the office visit was scheduled and has ordered an incorrect formulation of a needed RX, She made excuses about why she would not order regular labs causing me to go unmonitored for a diagnosed degenerative condition, failing to refer me to a specialist. Finally found and went to another Dr. who stated I should have been seeing a specialist All Along and wrote a referral.

Easy to make appointments, no waiting in the office, very on time and prompt. Very nice staff and doctor herself is very nice. The downside is that everyone is treated like an assembly line. Very generic and want to get you in and out quickly.

I would never recommended this Doctor to anyone! I spent three months and racked up over $30,000 in medical bills trying to figure out what was going on under Dr. Bond. Switched physicians, and one appt and a $25 copay later I had a CORRECT diagnosis. This doctor lacks major experience. Make a sound decision when choosing a doctor. Dr. Bond is definitely not the one!

Dr. Bond always does thorough tests to make sure you're getting the right medications, always asks lots of questions to make an accurate diagnosis. Always makes sure my medicines are filled. Very short wait in the waiting area. Excellent doctor, would recommend.

I was completely ignored when trying to find out from this doctors office about my medical forms that they took 13 days to start to fill out which in turn left me out of a everyday medication. After tthey ignored me, they kicked me out of thier office without ever making contact when I left messages for the doctor and the office manager. Also, when asking this office to correct and MRI order for my husband that was incorrect I was told that my husband would have to wait three more days because the doctor left the office and they couldnt get it corrected. Finally after a long time of asking the office manager and letting them know that this was not the way to treat a patient with back pain the office manager rewrote the MRI order. NEVER will refer a patient to this hospital system or doctor!
