I am committed to providing services to individuals, couples, and families of all ages in order to restore functionality and assist in recovery, as well as provide a sense of balance and hope to their lives. I've been successful treating individuals with mood disorders such as depression, as well as clients dealing with childhood and adult traumas. I have worked with clients suffering from depression, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, schizophrenia, and other mental health and substance abuse disorders.
I subscribe to a solution focused approach to problem solving. I believe that specific changes can occur in a brief time, when that time is focused. Information will be gathered on day one to learn what changes need to occur. The origin of the problem is not of importance, but instead, the focus is on defining the problem and resolving it.
