I am very pleased with my experience with this provider. She was very compassionate and provided a thorough assessment. The antibiotic that was prescribed was effective at reducing my pain with a bone spur due to a wisdom tooth extraction. I had suffered from this problem for a month. Dr. Chavez was spot on with her assessment, and her findings were identified by my NEW DENTIST the next week.

I received outstanding medical services from Dr. Sanchez. She listened to my comments and provided a thorough, independent review. She changed the medications I had been provided and prescribed new medications that began to work very quickly. I believe my next visit would have been to the emergency room if Dr. Sanchez had not adjusted the medications. Excellent medical service.

I had an extremely negative experience with Dr Chavez. She lied to me about what was in my chart (I confirmed this later with my PCP) refused to give me sufficient pain meds for an acute injury, yelled at me, and was dismissive and obnoxious. I will be avoiding Duke Urgent Care in Durham and Hillsborough due to her horrible patient service. Truly awful.
