Dr. Angela Covington, MD

I was very happy to find a local dermatologist that was thorough and professional. She and the office made sure that I was comfortable with the exam and took measures for my personal feelings about modesty. Very happy with my visit.

She is one of the most rude, snooty, patronizing, unprofessional, condescending adult human's I have ever experienced. She did not even put me in a gown to gaze her superior pitying snarky eyes upon my skin after traveling 3 hours to see her. I hope she experiences the same treatment by every doctor she ever visits seeking the end to their suffering from an unknown life changing illness!

I cannot say ENOUGH good things about Dr. Covington. First and foremost, let me start by saying the front desk staff was kind and courteous. Then on to Dr. Covington's medical assistant. She was kind and gentle and listened fully to my concerns and fully answered my questions. She also asked very pointed and precise questions to make sure she was getting ALL the information, not just some of it. On to Dr. Covington. She came in, evaluated me, and gave me honest answers and honest treatment options. I was crying when she walked in due to stress and pain and the first thing she did was set me at ease. Then she explained my condition and the treatment options which included needing to drain a cyst that was very inflamed and very angry. She was gentle with the injections which honestly didn't hardly hurt at all - My nose piercing hurt worse - and talked me through all of them. She explained everything she was doing and soon we were all laughing and talking about anything and everything as… she finished the procedure. She was concerned about my pain level and always stopped and administered more numbing when I told her I was feeling pain. She scheduled a follow up visit and told me she'd make sure to check in with me in the meantime. Her honesty, compassion, and friendliness was exactly what I needed in my time of stress and discomfort. I highly recommend her and this office. They were wonderful!

DR Covington is so sweet and asks what you would like to do. She is not a drug pusher like most of the dermatologists in Anchorage. I come away from her appointments very happy and satisfied! ??

I saw Dr Covington for a mole check. She was very thorough and I felt confident in her findings. During this visit she took the opportunity to visit with me about another long term skin issue that she was willing to review past treatments and offer her ideas and suggestions. Her office is well run and I did not have to wait more than 10minutes in the exam room. Dr Covington is easy to visit openly with and very impressive with her wisdom and critical thinking abilities.

I have seen Dr. Covington on multiple occasions and highly recommend her. She listens well and has helped me a lot with improving my skin.
