Dr. Angela Frances Dalessandro, DO

Dr. D'alessandro is wonderful, if you can actually make an appointment to see her. My daughter has been having sporatic chest pains, dizziness, and fatigue. I have been trying to get her an appointment with Dr. D'alessandro for the past 3 weeks. Unfortunately, her office staff is of no help, as the practice does not make advance appointments. They informed me that I have to call every morning to gain a same day appointment. After explaining details my daughters symptoms, I did receive a call back form the head nurse who's only suggestion was to take her to the ER. I proceeded to explain to her that this was not an emergency and I would prefer my daughter be seen by a doctor that already knows of her medical history and can direct us to a specialist if needed. The answer of the ER remained. The staff is cold, rude, and has no consideration toward their patients. It is unfortunate that I have no other choice but to seek an alternative pediatrician for my daughter that will provide the… attention she needs.

Dr. D is such a great doctor! I recommend her to everyone looking for a pediatrician. She really seems like she cares for your kids.

She is very profesional but it is difficult to get an appt with her. I suggest she should give appt in advance. Calling the same day to get an appt it is not worthy but the time we call at 8am the receptionist says that Doctor D'alessandro is full book already. Thank you.

We liked dr d so much we drove the extra way to see her. The problem wasn't really her as much as being able to be scheduled to see her and only her. In order to do that you had to wait longer for an appointment the office staff always gave me a hard time when scheduling future appointments we always had to go 6-8 weeks out. And the wait time at each appointment was at least an hour more than a few times.

We happened upon Dr. D when one of our kids needed an immediate appointment and she was the one available. Her bedside manner is refreshing and she is very personable. She wants to answer questions and is willing to work with you to develop a treatment plan that fits with your parenting style.
