Horrible costumer service! I called to schedule an appointment for my daughter because her perdition recommended and the secretary hand up on me when I asked for another date because the one she suggested I couldn’t make it. I didn’t get a chance to see what kind of doctor she is, but judging by the people she has there I can tell she doesn’t care.

Rude and condescending.

No bedside manner. Very brief. Very sterile. Was there for a hearing evulation. Woman who performed the test very unprofessional!! Unkempt,smelled,seemed like I was distrubing and bothering her. Not a professional. Never will go back!! Would not recommend.

Dr. Damiano was very pleasant to speak with. However, after spending literally 5-7 minutes in the office with her, I was charged $1,350! She wasn't able to do the surgery I needed and had to refer me to a friend to get the job done. I would never use or recommend this doctor or practice again. She was a doctor IN NETWORK for my medical insurance plan.

This was one of the most uncomfortable experiences with a medical professional. Not only did I wait a long time to see Dr. Damiano in an extrememly crowded waiting room, but she only spent about 2 minutes with me in the exam room. She never washed her hands, was rough, and did not share any information on the appearance of my sinus, just matter of factly said that she couldn't see anything wrong. Why the enormous questionnaire if the MD doesn't discuss anything with you? She is cold, curt and I would not recommend seeing her.
