Be prepared to WAAAAAAAIT for your appointment. An hour is not unusual. I'm looking for someone better. I tell her what's going on, but she doesn't do anything about it. When I got my records, I had a health issue going on that she never even told me about! Not going back!

Was a patient there for about 17 years. Got a 3 sentence letter they were dumping me this month. No reason given, no calls returned, rude receptionist. When I drove the 25 minute ride there for my last appointment, Angela Giza, my NP for about 13 years, would not even open her office door to speak to me! Wasted trip, with gas almost $5/gal, living on lousy disability. They didn't even have the decency to save me that. They couldn't care less about their patients. If you go there, expect to wait 45 minutes to 2 HOURS after your appt time. They love to overbook. Because their patients are just NUMBERS." Once I called to tell them I'd be about 10 minutes late for my appointment, and they told me I'd have to reschedule.... even though Giza was running behind, as usual! This place has ZERO consideration for their patients' time.Then, after they dumped me (I was told by the office I was not the only one being dumped ), they refused to send me my medical records. Even THAT was a… struggle...they wanted me to PAY for them! I finally got my PARTIAL records, after continuously calling them about it until they provided the partial records. I cannot NOT RECOMMEND THEM enough.
